Information and tools

Permitted use
Use the tools lawfully. Do not submit someone else’s private records, impersonate a person, abuse forms or attempt to access protected systems. Nothing here grants access to private customer books or provider accounts.
Communication
An enquiry authorises the MITEY team to respond about that enquiry under the displayed consent. A newsletter requires separate express consent. Service scope, provider identity, price and professional obligations require a separate agreement where applicable.
Availability and corrections
Sources, software and provider availability can change. We may correct content and improve methods. If a figure matters to a decision, verify it with the relevant institution and your agreement. Report a problem at hello@mitey.ca.
