The policy table is a reviewed Bank of Canada snapshot, checked November 5, 2026. No lender offer is derived by adding a spread to it. Historical policy decisions do not predict a future decision or establish your contract’s rate.
Calculations
Models hold their stated assumptions constant. They exclude costs and conditions not explicitly included, such as tax, insurance, penalties, promotional expiry or future rate changes. Displayed estimates can differ from a provider’s daily-interest calculation and rounding.
